I was scheduled for an interview at 12 pm. However, at 11:50 am, I received an email notifying me of its cancellation. This was perceived as unprofessional and left me feeling disappointed.

After applying through "Luminor" portal I was called out for a video interview. The position required a skill set java. Kafka and others were plus. I was avg on that day to explain my project . Hadn't prepared mentally. Interviewers were very friendly.

Process was overall good except for the very end. HR introductory interview, home-assignment and 2 interviews with the direct manager. Clear and not so lengthy. The experience per se was fine, the surprise came after they sent the offer. I had a regular question about the offer and a few days later they had withdrawn the offer. Saying the situation within the company had changed suddenly.
