It looked promising but company turned out to be a disrespectful time waster. I was hoping for the best intentions but it has been an awful experience from the beginning. In a first scheduled interview I got stood up, I tried emailing them and only received a response on the next working day so I rescheduled. This time it went well and I got scheduled for next round doing the technical assessment which has been fairly easy and then I've been put forward for technical interview. Once again I got stood up, this time they responded 15 minutes after supposed start of the interview, asking to reschedule for next working day. I still wanted to give them a chance so I agreed. After passing the technical interview, agreeing the remuneration (company extremely low balled the initial offer and then agreed to increase by 10K without any push back...), I have been informed that the project I was being recruited for has been put on hold and I will be contacted as soon as the position opens up. One week later I have received an email informing me about the new project asking if I'm still interested. I have replied yes and then I was ghosted for another week. I tried contacting different recruiters within the company but this went without response. During this whole time I keep seeing multiple job ads on linkedin for the same or similar roles. After a week they made an excuse that the role in the project is still uncertain so they have not contacted me. There are still numerous ads on linkedin with the same job descriptions which makes me believe that the company is just farming the CVs.

I applied via the website, I remember they request an audio recording of yourself to prove you are fluent in English, after this step I got an email with a DevSkiller assignment that was fairly ok (with the exception of a difficult task that cannot be done in 1h 30m an async JS pool with a lot of requirements) after jumping that hurtle I got an video interview with the HR and talked about me and them and my experience , typical HR stuff. I also asked about the bad reviews here on Glassdoor that are quiet high in percentage I was dodged in a very awkward manner (asked me for very specific one which seemed very aggressive ) and then she told me she'll talk with the hiring manager and reply in 24-48h, the next morning I got turned down with a generated email the reason being that I am not senior enough, so I wasted 4 or 5 hours of my life that could have been avoided if the HR actually read the CV .

Entrevista
First interview was in person. Second interview as take home task. Third interview was cancelled 30 minutes before the appointment time because the hiring manager thinks my salary expectation is too high.
