Dishonest processes: I think the interview was fake interview and that they probably wanted to interview me only to complete a certain number of interview before they give the job to a one that might have been selected from very beginning of the processes. I had first interview video call with sales manager in US, he didn't ask too many questions and at the end of interview asked me to prepare an email template pretending that he is a prospect and I try to book a meeting with him. I sent the email and recruiter called me and said that they want to interview me for second round interview. Tge second interview was very wired as the interviewer has not asked me anything about how I prospect nor what is my sales development strategy. At the end of the interview he said that he is happy to recommend me for third interview. Next day a big unexpected surprise was awaiting me when recruiter called and said that Deepcrawl has decided to not proceed with my interviews as they offered yesterday the position to someone else. So how come they stop interview processes with a candidate after they promise him to be move to third stage of interview!!!!! So processes weren't honest and I think they invite people for interviews to fulfill their interview processes while they had already decided who will get the position.
