purchased from Restoration Hardware warehouse sale at Richmond CA this
morning at 11am.They promised to load the items before 2pm and will be
delivered by 9pm. However, I have not received any updates after I booked
the service. This has been the second time that I ran into this issue. If
you see my Lugg history, you can see I had the same issue last April.
Without any update, should I waste another night and day to check my phone
every single minute?LUGG,please respect to your customer! There is no phone
call, no online chat anymore. So I even don't know where is my items. Also,
will Lugg ask its customer to wait for their items till midnight EVERY
TIME?I hope I can hear by from Lugg before 9pm, as this is what Lugg
promised when we booked the delivery.Please please give me an update

*Hello,I have some Lugg movers here helping me move my stuff to my new
apartment. In my move request, I took a photo of my media console and asked
for it to be moved. I measured it and the dimensions fit the van’s. I also
moved it to my current apartment using the same Lugg type (van) as last
time.Now that the Lugg-ers are here, they say the console does not fit in
the van. They took the time to move it down to try to squeeze it in, but
when it didn’t fit they had to bring it back up.I’m disappointed because
all signs pointed to the console fitting, but now I’d need to pay another
pair of movers to get it to the new apartment. Would you be able to credit
my account so that I can use a Lugg Pickup to get the console over to the
new apartment? (Stanley says it should fit in one of those).Thank you,*

Not impressed with my first @lugg. Booked for 6-7pm to move 1 piece of
furniture from Craigslist. Got <30mins notice that the crew was arriving
early, then charged $39.20 for 28mins labor at pickup, of which 20mins were
standing around waiting for the seller to rush over.

price of your services even when $1000 worth of damages were done in the
process and has been admitted by you guys?
