Screening process is done through a resume based shortlisting followed by an individual task. Based on the task output they shortlisted eligible candidates for interview. Finally ended with an hr interview

Extremely hands on, completely relevant and a proper challenge. Questions were focused on linux administration and CLI tools like fstab, df, grep, etc. There were no DSA or other questions not relevant to the field.
