The manager that interviewed me made sure that I was comfortable speaking to her and asked me a few ice breaker questions before starting the interview. Then she went through her list of questions and asked if there was anything I needed further clarification on before going into the job description/responsibilities and the hiring process should I get offered the job. Got in touch very quickly and was offered the job.
