A lot of interviews, very unstructured, no clarity on next steps at any point in time. I had to meet multiple people twice and they asked the same questions in both interviews. After the interview it would take weeks until I heard anything from Lucid. Altogether very unprofessional. I still have no idea about the outcome. I had 12 interviews and some doubles, The last interview is now a few months ago. Nobody bothered to let me know anything. I simply gave up. A very poor experience and an absolute waste of time.
