Interview process took about 3 weeks. First, was a screening call with recruiter. Second, zoom with the SDR manager. Third, was with Director of Commercial Sales. All involved were kind and personable during the interview. They were open about expectations and finding people who fit within the company culture.
This is where the process took a weird turn. I did not receive an offer for the SDR position. Instead, before they emailed me they were going in a different direction, I received an email from their implementation team thanking me for my interest in interviewing with them. This came to my surprise as I was interviewing for the SDR position. When I reached out to my point of contact about this additional email, they finally responded they are going in a different direction. They found me to be a good cultural fit and think implementation might be more my speed. I was disappointed but happy for an opportunity to be part of Lucid. I scheduled an interview with implementation.
I then reached out to the SDR manager for feedback since I was hoping to break into tech sales. They responded, at the end of the day, they had a lot of really good candidates and a limited amount of positions available.
About 12 hours after my text conversation with the SDR manager, I was looking for SDR positions on LinkedIn and came across a job posting for Lucid and they are still hiring for the SDR position.
For a company that praises teamwork over ego, there was mismanagement of processes, dishonesty on their end and lack of communication within the company and with me. I believe are all base level skills.
I then reached out to implementation and declined a second interview since I feel if they have mismanagement during interview processes, there is probably mismanagement within the company.

Everyone was very kind. Only downside is that there was many rounds about 7 rounds of interviews. Each interview was about 30 minutes long usually being online via zoom. The process was very organized and between each step was quick.

Relatable people in the Melbourne office, not very intimidating. Just wanted to get to know me well, my background and my ambitions. Really genuine and lots of sales experience is not required for SDR/BDR role.

The first round was with HR lasting about 20 minutes. In this case the questions were very general. The second round was with the team manager with more detailed questions about my background.
