This was a very long, tedious interview with 10+ people after two phone interviews. First, this was an interview with a recruiter. Then about a 30 minute interview with the manager of the department. They asked for writing samples, personality tests, and a transcript. In person, the process took about 3 hours meeting with every member of the team, many of whom were unprepared and did not know they would be interviewing someone.
