Functional safety I recently interviwed for functional safety team. And what stuck with me is when I asked the interviewing manager about the team and his no so clear answer. I searched on linkedin and found that nobody stays in this team for more than two years, some even less than a year. This is something fishy. I ghosted after hiring manager interview and didnt proceed.
