I had to follow up at least thrice to get any reply from the recruiter about my next rounds. After Three rounds, one take home assignment and 5 hours of virtual on-site round I got no feedback no rejection email. Nothing! I followed up with the recruiter thrice and no reply. Rejection is not an issue. At least give some courtesy reply to candidates who spend so much time interviewing with you guys plus a take home assignment.
This was back in March.
I know where I am not applying ever again.

I applied online.
I had an initial phone screen with HR. Followed by zoom interview with Hiring Manager. Then I had a panel interview.
After this HR ghosted me and didn't bother to respond.
I felt very unprofessional and completely lost the interest to work here.
No wonder their production is very slow.

it was a fast process. One phone screening and one technical interview, and one manager interview. Phone screening had general questions. Technical questions were about SQL that you had to code virtually.
