Interview process consisted of a recruiter initial call and then a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, another manager, and the director. The interview process was discussion based rather than a whole bunch of questions. I liked the environment and style/format of interviewing at LSGS. I was welcomed with warm smiles, a tour, and a chance to speak with a person in my position to get their take on the experience as well.
