Recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin for a phone interview. We spoke for about 30 minutes and the recruiter then let me know I'd be "just a perfect fit" for the job and asked for my availability to schedule a video interview with her boss. She said she would get the invite to me within the hour. I followed up the following day and heard nothing back. Followed up a week later and still no response. Completely unprofessional.
