Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Lower (Columbus, OH) en abr 2019
Entrevista
1. Met with Team Lead senior loan adviser and had a general conversation about what they were looking for and what I was looking for. I do not recall the questions that were asked, but it was a very comfortable setting and more of a conversation that it was a barrage of questions.
2. In a follow up meeting, I met with the Regional Vice President, which was also more of a discussion on the day to day and what the compensation looked like including benefits and expectations. I recall being very comfortable again and just felt that we both left that meeting feeling like it was a good fit. That same day, as part of the process, they asked me to prepare a power point presentation answering a series of questions about why I wanted to work at lower, what value I bring, and just general information about me. 5-6 people from the company sat in as a panel and asked me questions. A bit nervous, but it was not honestly that bad!

What made me interested in coming in for an interview.
Interview was easy and convenient to set up. A mixture of virtual and in-person meetings that began with a simple phone call. After meeting with one of the VPs, I had a presentation in front of a panel of managers that lasted about 5 minutes. Their questions were firm, but fun. At the end I felt we had all become friends
The interview process that I experienced, started off with two interview sessions with different team leaders followed by a panel interview that was presented in front of additional team leaders.

It was very smooth. I talked about my experiences on my resume. They were very friendly. I had a great time during my interview and it felt more conversational than anything else.
