The entire process took about a month. I filled out the application, got an interview 2 weeks later. After the interview got an offer about 2 weeks later. The entire interview was very relaxed.

Did a walk in interview original for outdoor lawn and garden sales rep. I was offered the telephone operator position and took it. It was a quick interview and I was hired on the spot. The room was full of people waiting to be interviewed and there was no privacy during any point of the interview process

First they had a phone interview where they asked basic interview questions, then I was invited to a face to face interview where we discussed specific situations in the past when dealing in customer service.
