7 detailed experience based questions I would recommend thinking up several situations you've encountered and having an answer prepared consiting of problem/situation and solution. The drug screening is orally done and the initial hiring process takes about a week for the background check to go through

Somewhat standard interview questions. Lowe's requires 3 people to apply and interview for the position before they can close the job opening so depending on how many people apply it can take a while to get hired. Standard drug and background check. The HR Manager conducts the interview and will be the one to contact you on the status of your application.

Entrevista
Interview was relaxed and easy going. Questions were thorough without being intrusive. Interviewers were genuinely nice. I waited a little longer than my start time, nobody seemed to know I was there. Interviewer was very apologetic for making me wait. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. I would definitely apply here again if am interesting position became available.
