Two phases interview at their HQ in Paris. First was a group interview (5 candidates facing HR and store director) with a role playing situation and case study discussion to look at candidates ability to deal with client facing scenarios. Second was a one to one interview with direct line manager.

Erstes Interview ca. 45 Minuten findet online mit HR statt, typische HR Fragen über bisherige Erfahrungen, Ausbildung, etc. Zweiter Schritt war ein Gespräch mit zwei Teamleitern im Store in Genf, auch hier Fragen zu bisheriger Erfahrung und zur Passion und Motivation für den Job.
