Entrevista
I applied online and was interviewed through zoom after completing an advisory essay. Before interviewing, I had to agree to a list of rules. Breaking one of these rules, such as not keeping your head and torso in the video frame at all times or looking at notes, would disqualify you as a candidate. The interviewers did not allow questions after the initial panel interview questions were given. They refused to answer all general questions regarding their library policies and even about the position itself.

Entrevista
First there is a screening interview where you are asked a set of questions. From this you are given a numerical score. There are so many applicants that you have to score in the 90's to be eligible for an interview for an actual job opening. Many of the people getting the jobs are just recently out of library school or do not have many years of experience in the field.

Entrevista
Typical Civil Service experience. One applies online and then waits, sometimes months, for a response to set up an interview date. The written portion of the exam has been discontinued. The interview panel is composed of three current library employees.
