This was an speculative interview I had with senior management team at client services to see if there was a suitable position in their team. It was hands down the worst experience I had in an interview as it felt more of an interrogation of what it was my current organisation than a discussion about theirs, myself or the potential position. They were inquisitive to know details about our operations, clients, team structure, etc. I did ask questions about their own team but there was a lot of vague answers and some "we are not there yet" or "working on it". While this is a start-up and maybe some of the processes are still not well defined their responses were not transparent on how they were currently working. I didn't feel appreciated for my actual experience and the line of questions demonstrated that. After the interview was over and as I was walking out they mentioned that one of the director (cant remember really if this was the title) wanted to meet me. I sat down with him and after a 2sec intro he proceeded to further ask me a series of questions on one of our biggest clients in EMEA (because he was going to talk to them!). It goes without saying I gave him nothing of value and completely innacurate numbers. To top all of it I didn't receive a single email or call back with any feedback or even to thank me for coming. Of course after that interview I don't think anyone will be willing to work for such organisation. Overall probably one of the most unprofessional (and awkward) experiences I ever had, beware of this company and their senior management.
