Meeting with the Sales Managers in the boardroom. Lasted about 1 hour talking about my previous work experience and also personal life etc. Went through processes etc. Never got back to me which was disappointing seeing as it took a couple of hours from my day.

Disappointing company, complete lack of communication. Have not been contacted with outcome of interview, even after chasing them up and asking for feedback. Initial call from Lookers with a few basic question regarding background and if I was ok with Dbs checks. Guy seemed pleasant and outlined job role as sales executive at Mercedes Benz in Kent, salary and hours. Asked if I was ok with it and interview was booked for next day. Went to interview and spoke to both store Managers, answered a few questions and told them about my previous roles and how I always surpassed targets and was a perfect match for the company. Showed them past awards that I received for exceeding slaes targets and thought it was a match as, according to the managers, they were looking for someone who could shake things up, as their sales staff wasn't really putting much effort to sell. Interviewed for about an hour.
