The interview process was two steps - I first met in a coffee shop with the head of project management, had a casual talk about my experience, their team and needs and a few questions about my style of working. Afterward, I came in for an interview with the full project management team and the President (Joe) where they asked me some more "what would you do if" questions. Still very casual and fun.

There were three calls. The first was with the director/ manager, the second call was with additional members of the team, and the final call was role playing call where you are given a scenario.
