There was three separate interviews. Initial interview was with Human Resources. HR was very professional and asked standard interview questions about past experiences and salary expectations. The second interview was with senior members of the organization. The questions were based on the candidate's experience and how their skills and experiences could contribute to Look Beauty by assisting employees and the overall company strategy. The third interview was with another panel of senior members where questions were asked about how you would tackle different issues.
