Entrevista
3 rounds: phone screening with Lonza recruiter, virtual interview with head of team, in-person presentation/interview/site tour with whole team. Also had a call with a talent manager before in person interview to review steps and talk about benefits. Everyone was great, the recruiter and talent manager were so supportive and made me feel like they were there to help me get the job. The in person presentation was stressful but the team was great and made it feel less intense.
