Face to face interview. Technical test. This was an internal application as I was already working as a Aviation Security Officer. The application was through a form. I was selected and asked to attend an interview. The interview consisted of technical questions and personality questions. After the interview I was invited back for an on the job assessment, which I passed with flying colors.
