I applied through school. They had two steps to the process. The first one was detail oriented skill test. The second step was meeting with the hiring manager and a project manager. The interview was relaxed and both interviewers were really nice. It was more of a conversation getting to know me and them telling me about the company and the role. Overall really pleasant interview.
