Applied online and got an interview with HR 3 days after I applied. It was a basic screening call where we talked about my experience and the multiple roles they were hiring for. I got ghosted after that despite following up multiple times via email. In 2024, that's just unprofessional and unacceptable. Edit: the HR got back to me the next day of my review saying the search for this role had been stopped.
