Initially a brief phone screen with the lead recruiter and then 2 in person meetings with different team members. They have a very relaxed atmosphere, frequently working from coffee shops or from home. They are small but growing and although they do have some great clients they have few contractors billing. The owners are passionate and were part of the panel interview process. It is very informal and personality based.
