The interview rounds go for 1 hour each and some rounds with 20-30 minutes. You’re supposed to talk to all the members of the team. Each one of them is going to decide if you’re going to join them. I believe you shouldn’t really waste a candidate’s time. My process took around 5 interviews and almost 2 weeks of time. After you go through all the rounds, you get rejected. Honestly It’s not the rejection that hurts but wasting the candidates time.
