Relatively easy process. 4 separate interviews, 1 with HRBP and 3 with 3 separate members of the department. The entire process took about 1 month in total. The interviews were not technical in any way as this is an entry-level position. Basic behavioral questions were asked but mainly conversational "get to know you" type of questions.

It was a smooth interview and the recruiter was so professional. It was more like a conversation than an interview. They asked me about my previous work experience and why I wanted this job.

2 rounds of interviews and tour of the headquarters. Straightforward process and fairly quick turnaround time from application to offer. Staff was friendly, offices were nice and they seem to have a good culture and reasonable upward mobility potential. Starting salaries are low for the area, but they have a clear path to raises and promotions.
To describe the interview process, it was great. The hiring team was welcoming and honest. They answered my questions well and they also constructed their questions well. Their questions were well thought out and allowed me to portray my strengths. It was very conversational and not intimidating at all.
