Behavioral Questions only, not allowed to ask technical questions, but can refer to your resume. They can interview you in a group or a one on one. It depends on the manager's schedule that day. Also they usually interview in the visiting center or on rare occasions they will take you to a conference room to interview a candidate.

Long very long. This was one of my first major interviews for after college so many of the questions consisted of classes I took that would relate to the job. It was almost 3 hours long.
