I had to interview with three managers and they asked me about my background and my strengths. Each interview with the managers was about 20 minutes each and since I was still in school, they really only was looking to see if i was passionate about engineering and less about my skill set.

I had multiple phone interviews for a position in Texas. It was very straight forward. Applied online and then got contacted by a recruiter. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
