The interview was one hour long over MS Teams. The manager was very nice and professional. The conversation flowed well. Of the questions asked, 50% were behavioral and the other half were related to my resume.

Got the interview 6 weeks after initially applying. Got the offer 2 weeks later. So overall, it took 2 months to get the offer. They like to see you use the STAR method to answer interview questions. It was a virtual panel interview that involved myself and three Lockheed employees.

They asked me questions about my experience and attention to detail and gave me scenarios and asked me what I would do in those situations. They were all very nice but unfortunately thought my background wasn't a great fit for the role.
