Very basic interview on campus. They knew they wanted to bring as many people for an onsite interview as possible based on resume alone. Onsite they had several interviews for multiple positions and it was all about finding you the right fit.

Would you rather work at a desk all day or be in a lab all day?
After submitting an application, the next step is having your resume reviewed. If it is accepted, they will reach out for an interview; this all occurs within 2 to 4 weeks (for me, it was on the shorter end). After the interview, it took me 2 weeks to receive an offer

Entrevista
I got the email from manager of engineering department directly, about 3 weeks after I applied. The interview was good, I didn't get this job though. The manager said that my experience in optical field was not strong enough and it was not recent. If you haven't heard back from them in two weeks, which mean you did not get through next step.
