First is Lockheed telling you who they are, next step is going through your resume. They will ask you those usual HR given interview questions “Tell me a time” etc. And the final minutes of the interview is you asking questions. Always ask questions.

Tell a time where you faced something challenging and how did you overcome it?
It was very difficult and employers weren't as friendly as hoped. I was really discouraged during my interview. It made me not want to reapply. I would recommend not interviewing
The interview process at this company was very streamlined and a simple process to go through. I enjoyed the transparent communication throughout the entire hiring process. Everything was done within a couple weeks.

The interview wasn't incredibly difficult. There were a lot of situational questions to gauge experience and knowledge. There were about 3 people on the call taking turns asking the questions.
