I applied online upon the recommendation of a recruiter and then was granted a phone interview. I spoke with a panel for roughly an hour. Answered typical behavioral questions, know the STAR method of behavioral interviews. They then contacted me with an offer 3 weeks later.

By the time you interview your manager will already know your technical skills based off your resume. The interview is non-technical and more focused on your ability to work with a team, etc.
