A recruiter reached out to me, asked if I was interested in a certain job position and asked me some general questions over email. She passed my resume to the hiring manager at Fortworth Texas. Took a couple days but I got an invitation for an interview. The interview for me was very short, 45 minutes, They only asked STAR questions, I cannot remember exact questions but they were mainly looking for people that were open to learn new things, as well as trying to understand how I think about certain problems, leadership, and things like that. I think it is because it was an early career position either way very positive experience, the manager even responded to my follow up email. Should get the results next week. Feel good about it
