1 round interview, primarily behavioral. Nothing to crazy or hard. It was scheduled for 1 hour, spent 20 minutes on me and spent like 40 minutes asking questions and having good convo about company and role

Three rounds and two technical interviews, it was the Lee Coates style interview followed by a systems design interview and then a high-rank fit for the last round. Overall not to bad of a proccess

They asked me why I was interested in the change of field and why I wanted to work at Lockheed Martin. For technical, they asked me to work at Banner Research Street.

all behavioral except at the beginning where they asked one technical question. use STAR method and research deeply into LM. they were very willing to answer my questions and encouraged me to go over the meeting time so we could talk more
