I applied online and was contacted about 3 days later asking to attend a college interviewing event. I did not have to do a phone interview as some did and instead was given an interview date 8 days later. There were 15 other applicants at the event with 8 managers from different projects conducting interviews. I interviewed with 2 separate managers for 2 separate projects. I felt that they both went extremely well and really enjoyed learning more about the company. Most of the questions were about soft skills and how well you would do in a group environment. I did receive one technical question, however, although it was fairly simplistic. A manager asked me how you would calculate all the prime numbers up to 100; the question was the most difficult of the day. Overall it was a great experience and a little over a week later I received my offer. It was more than I had expected to receive and extremely competitive for the area. I gladly accepted.

Received a prescreening email, asking questions pertaining to the position, I responded to the questions. A few weeks later, received another email tell me I was no longer under consideration.
