I had 4 very pleasant interviews with Lochness. Although I declined, they were respectful of me, my schedule and time invested. The first was a quick phone screen with the hiring manager followed by a 20-30 minute call with someone in HR. Both of these interviews were conversations to better understand me and my situation. The 3rd interview was situational questions followed by a presentation of my 30-60-90 day plan. The 4th was another quick video call with a C-suite executive. He was also very kind and curious. They approached the interview process with an inquisitive and professional mind. If you are confident in who you are and what your vision within their company is, it should be a smooth process.
