So, I didn't actually make it to an interview with a person. Someone reached out to me via email to ask me to fill out what turned out to be an incredibly in-depth questionnaire which took me upwards of 4 hours to complete. They responded within 24 hours letting me know they went in another direction. Understandable, however, it kind of feels like they'll just cannibalize all mine and all the other applicants' ideas. This was a highly frustrating, bordering on labor-theft experience.
