I feel bad for the HR person who has to listen to and type deep technical answers from a script of questions. The answers (presumably) taken to the hiring manager or someone else with a technical background to review. To understand the depth of someone's knowledge and to gauge what that person can bring to a business, this is a poor method and could never replace actual conversation.
Loadspring will lose out on folks that can bring real value, because of this pigeon-hole method. Not good for a small, growing company.
