I was then connected with HR and went through a series of formal phone interviews with team members, executive leadership, and the hiring manager. I then spoke with HR again and was informed I would be extended an offer. I had to submit to a background check and a drug screening through LabCorp. It took a few weeks to get the offer, but it was competitive and I accepted. I started a few weeks later.
