The interview process began when I was invited to a phone interview with the person who would become my manager. After that, I spoke on the phone with a recruiter from the company. Next, I had an in-person interview, during which I met individually with a few different members of the team. Finally, I had follow-up calls with the person who would become my manager as well as the recruiter. Overall, the interview process was a positive experience. I received the information I needed to determine if the company and position would be a good fit for me, and I didn't feel I was put through any unnecessary hoops.
