The process started with a recruiter phone call that went smooth. Two days later I met with one of analyst for the team for a 30 minute call that was very relaxed and professional. A few days later I had the onsite with 4 individuals across the team and various functions. Everyone was polite and friendly and had lots of positive things to say about my experience. Fast forward a week and I didnt hear anything. I emailed the recruiter and got no response. After following up a few times I was informed they went with someone else.
