In two words? Chaos and protracted. It took months. They would set up interviews then cancel them as I was approaching the building. They would schedule me to meet people who were no shows and leave me on my own during those gaps. The purported execs, and I use that term lightly, were rude, arrogant, used nonstop off-color language and took pride in repelling people (literally, one said that). I wish that I had recorded one of my interviews with one exec as it surely would have gone viral as an example of how not to lead a company and certainly, how not to conduct an interview. Over the course of three months, I was interviewed by nine people. And HR was absent during the process and follow-up. They demanded references same day, I complied, yet two weeks went by without any of my references being contacted. Hopeless!
