Short, to the point. I came in for two interviews, the first was for a position I was not qualified for, but I was referred by a client. The second interview was for a lower position to replace the internal personal that filled the first position. There were some unprofessional moments from leadership, but I didn't know any better to see these as red flags. The whole process was swift.
