The interview process was a phone call, then in-person interview. After the in-person interview, I was offered a production assistant position. This would be a trial hiring period, and within the next month, if all went well, I would continue to be scheduled.

Unorganized. Hired me with no interview by accident. They offered me a different position in different department, which turned out to be an entirely different position from that once I started.
