I was pretty much hired on the spot without much of an interview process. I was an initial hire for a new store. I went in one day when they were doing construction to ask for an application, and returned it the next day. The next week I was called for an interview, but the first thing I was asked was when I could start. Therefore, there was not much of an interview. The hiring process from there was organized and simple.

Super easy and basic questions. How to handle customers, do you know math, what are your availability? They talked about not being late and how to call out appropriately. It went over pay and the hours you'd be working.

It was good. The manager was easy going. Asked about previous jobs and how I interacted with other employees. It was a pleasant interview. The other employees seemed happy and looked as if they enjoyed their jobs! I'd give the whole process an A+! Good job!

The interview was chill I knew someone there my friend recommended. Not to my surprise I was hired shortly. I showed up a week later. Yup nothing else I enjoyed it there.
