Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Litigation Legal Insight (El Segundo, CA) en jun 2017

      Entrevista

I was contact via phone in response to a resume I sent (blindly) through zip recruiter. I spoke with a woman who I think may be the owner despite her title. She did not know what position I applied for and obviously can't tell an administrator from an experienced director of marketing as she has only held this position since graduating college. I asked for a job description to be sent over about the AE position but she did not. When I arrived for the interview the office smelled like food and people, loud hip hop music was playing and it was a mess. I was finally greeted (after standing at the door awkwardly for a couple of minutes) by someone who frankly shouldn't be greeting people. This person was unkempt and unfriendly and based on the interview with transpired, it's a theme there. I was kept waiting then brought into a room with a man about 30 y.o. who also asked me questions from a list of printed interview questions without a "hi" or "how are you". I was not greeted with a handshake, a business card or proper introductions, female was picking her lunch from her teeth when she began asking me interview questions they no doubt learned online or from watching Glen Garry Glen Ross. In the end I ended up walking out and telling them to clean up their act. They obviously don't have the career experience to understand an actual 'background' of experience. In today's age cold calling alone is not enough so just asking me how many calls I am making NOW has nothing to do with what I've done in the past or what I might do next week. If I can do it and come with a book of business then you are ignorantly focusing on the wrong thing. They will turnover a slew of people who will use this place as a stepping stone. No one worth their salt would work in such an unprofessional place with such miserable, inexperienced people.

      Pregunta 1

How many cold calls do you make? That's it. That's all they kept asking over and over.
