Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Lionsgate

Heard of job from a friend at the company. She gave my resume to hr. Recruiter called me 2 weeks later and asked basic questions. Brought in a week later and met with another recruiter. Then her assistant took me to the department and I met the vp. They seem really focused on contacts and agency experience. A lot of the assistants come from agencies. Even hr came from caa. It's hard for those of us who skipped agency hell.

Who do you know at Lionsgate? What has she told you about the department? Why are you looking for a new job?
Pretty average interview. HR, then 2 interviews with Directors, then 2 interviews with hiring managers. Then again with HR to confirm employment. Whole process took about 3 weeks + 2 weeks notice.

Didn’t really ask specific questions, mostly conversational and went through my resume.

A few rounds of interviews, started with initial screening with HR. Very nice and relaxed. Did ask some boilerplate interview questions that you might get at any company like where do you see yourself in the future, how do you handle conflicting deadlines etc.

First interview was with HR and then I had 3 individual interviews with team members and hiring manager. I never heard back about position even though my last interviewer said I would be getting a final interview. I followed up with HR and still didn't hear back.
